360 Performance Appraisal Software Systems – there are several 360 performance appraisal forms and packages online.  They will send the respondents the desired feedback questions, gather the information from the respondent and provide the feedback to you in a report.  This will reduce the amount of time that is needed to put together the 350 degree performance appraisal.

Server Based Performance Appraisal Software Systems (these are for larger companies that have servers) -
